Our chosen Prosecco comes from the Veneto region of Italy, in the heart of the Prosecco region. Made from the Glera grape it has the aromas of ripe apples and fresh, bright flavours of pears and white peaches and a vivifying sparkle. The perfect apéritif and the essential ingredient in a Bellini cocktail.
