Description

Triple Knot is a complex beer with a recipe inspired by Belgian Tripel ales. Our take on this traditional recipe adds a few botanicals and enjoys an extended maturation, allowing the beer to soften, and the higher alcohols to smooth. This brings the botanicals together to create a rounded finish, whilst promoting the bready flavours from the yeast.

How does it taste

You’ll find intense flavours of honey, orange blossom and pear drops are followed by subtle bready hints and a warming, luscious, sweet finish.
