Delicately dry and extremely moreish

Delicately dry and extremely moreish

MAÏA is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, Vermentino and Mourvèdre from ancient vineyards in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation. Generous sunshine, coupled with a breeze from the nearby Mediterranean Sea provides the perfect conditions for making fresh, elegant rosé.
Delicately dry and extremely moreish

Description

Delicately dry and extremely moreish, packed with beautiful redcurrant, strawberry and nectarine, and a subtle nod to aniseed. Refreshing and rounded on the palate; the hallmark of the quality Grenache and Cinsault used in the blend, grown in the warmth of the Provençal sun. We love to enjoy this wine with Provençal style foods rich in flavours like olives, garlic and oily fish. A plate of charcuterie, fennel salad or fresh seafood also works well."

How does it taste

Pale salmon pink, with intense orange peel and red currant aromas. The palate carries these flavours through, with a soft roundness and a grippy, tight finish.
