Description

The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is raised for 22 months in barrel without racking or inoculations. This allows the development of the more elegant, and detailed aspects to have a chance to develop and concentrate, and so all of the Pinot Noir is bottled at the same time nearly two years following the harvest.

How does it taste

Aromatically intense notes of roses, red fruit and berries, hibiscus and hints of cinnamon. On the palate, flavours of blood orange, concentrated strawberry, rooibos tea leaf and notes of cranberry are tucked into a savory and taut frame
