Nestled in the rolling Provence hills, North-East of Aix-en-Provence, Maison Saint AIX is one of the largest domains in the AOP Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence, with a holding of 75 hectares planted at an altitude of 400-420 metres. This superb location, with its cool nights and hot days and cooling, Mistral winds are the perfect conditions for growing Grenache, Syrah & Cinsault. Early-morning picking ensures the delicate aromas, flavours and freshness are preserved. Followed by fermented between a cool 11 and 13 °C. Description

Premium Provence rosé made with dedication and passion. The perfect wine to share with friends and family. Fragrant and well balanced wine, AIX's hypnotising salmon pink colour reveals a fruity freshness and premium rosé. The nose is fresh and fragrant, delicate yet youthful and offers classy notes of watermelon, strawberries and flowers. Created using 30% of rosé bleeding and 70% direct pressing. Fermented between a cool 11 and 13 degrees Celsius, AIX Rosé is elegant, generous and tasty and the perfect wine to drink all day long.

How does it taste

Fresh and aromatic aromas of stone fruit, citrus and wild berries. Delicate yet youthful, with balanced acidity and a long and clean finish. Best enjoyed as an aperitif, or with shellfish.
