Camerani Adalia Amarone della Valpolicella 'Ruvaln' DOCG

Camerani Adalia Amarone della Valpolicella 'Ruvaln' DOCG

The name Adalia derives from ADALIA Bipunctata, a Lady Bug with two black dots on her wings. She is a formidable ally in the Adalia natural vineyards. Marinella Camerani is a producer with a real intuition and great understanding of her vineyards. Crafting wines made with natural yeasts and following the philosophy to make wine incorporating biodynamic viticulture. The success Marinella Camerani enjoys today has been hard won. There's considerable risk: she dries her fruit naturally by air, one of only three producers to do so, running the gauntlet of rot developing. But the result is truly magnificent.
