Broadside Christmas Pudding is made with heaps of fruit and nuts which are steeped in Broadside beer. We often describe Broadside as having Christmas cake flavours, so it’s ideally suited to the job. Adnams Fine Dessert Wine is produced for us by Plaimont, in Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh in Gascony. Its intense honeyed sweetness is balanced by a wonderful freshness so it’s lovely and bright with your pud. It can also be enjoyed it on its own, although there’s always room for pudding.
