Our Vintage Champagne has been produced by H, Blin in Vincelles, at the heart of the Marne Valley in Champagne. The dominant varietal of this area is Pinot Meunier, which provides intense fruit and freshness. This is balanced by the addition of Chardonnay, and complexity is developed by ageing on lees for at least 8 years. The result is an expressive Champagne, with citrus flavours, toasty aromas, and a long, fresh finish. It is the ideal match for truffles, mature cheese, or lightly smoked foods such as salmon.

Disappointed

The champagne was fine but very disappointing as it took a week to arrive. Whether Addams or Yodel’s fault it is a poor service and one I will not repeat. You wonder why people use Amazon. I picked Addams as it is a local company but sadly no more.
