Buying a gift for a gin-loving friend or family member? Treat them to an Adnams Make Your Own Gin Experience. We run sessions at our Copper House Distillery in Southwold, or our stores in Bury St. Edmunds and Norwich, Unthank Road. Our E-Gift Card codes are sent via email. They have a two-year expiry from day of purchase and enable the recipient to book a session at a date and time of their choosing.

An Adnams Gin Guide will guide the recipient through the process of making their own full-sized 70cl bottle of gin. They will be coached through botanical selection and the distillation process and go on to name and label their own personal bottle of gin. They will also be able to taste a range of our delicious spirits and will be receive a goody bag of items to enjoy with their newly made gin.

Please be aware: The Southwold Gin Lab is sited in the Copper House Distillery and is only accessible via stairs. Visiting this Gin Lab may be a challenge for those with reduced mobility and it is not accessible to those in a wheelchair. We recommend Norwich or Bury St Edmunds as a suitable alternative, but please call us prior to purchase if you have any questions in this regard.

Due to limited space around the hot stills, only participants are allowed in our Gin Labs.
