Description

Made from the best Chardonnay Flint say they have ever seen from their Martin's Lane Vineyard in the Crouch Valley, Essex. This wine has notes of pithy lemon and white peach combined with vanilla pod and butterscotch. Fermented and aged in new French oak for 17 months, the palate is rounded with flavours of ripe apricot crumble and a hint of cinnamon. Leading to a toasty finish, underpinned by subtle woodsmoke and fresh acidity.
