Description

Tally-Ho is a limited edition barley wine that has been brewed at Adnams since 1880. Dark mahogany red in colour, Tally-Ho's Christmas cake richness and warmth lends itself to wintery, fireside evenings. Each year's vintage is unique and something to be savoured

How does it taste

Tally-Ho is our deliciously rich seasonal barley wine. It is rich and fruity, with warming flavours and aromas of sweet raisins, dark chocolate and toasted bread. It goes through an extended maturation which creates a smooth, round mouthfeel, tempered by a chewy caramel sweetness.

Why aren't the bottles bigger?

This beer is delicious. I have enjoyed for years. My only gripe is the small bottles!

Tally ho!

This is my yearly gift from my son which I've been receiving for the last 5 or 6 years, I've always enjoyed the Adnams beers.

The best of Barley

A pleasant warming drink for these cold days. Malty slightly sweet beer to be enjoyed not quaffed. Does not taste 7.2% cloyingly sweet like some other beers
