Description

How does it taste

Produced in Herefordshire using only the finest British blackcurrants to create a modern Crème de Cassis. This natural liqueur is rich and full bodied. Freshly picked British blackcurrants are allowed to ferment naturally with champagne yeast, blended with vodka to fortify and a little sugar to bring out the intensely fruity flavours. The essence of White Heron's raspberries, grown in the fields of Herefordshire, are perfectly captures in this fruits liqueur. The sweetness is balanced vibrantly with a punch of tartness, makes it a delicious aperitif and an elegant addition to champagne, cocktails and desserts.
