Each year, the brewing team carefully select and blend beer from our stocks of barrel-aged beer, and then replenish what they’ve taken with fresh Broadside so maturation can continue. It's Broadside, but not as you know it.

Broadside is aged in ex-bourbon barrels over cherries, and we annually blend beer from our stocks. This year’s batch has more weight and depth than previous releases, but a light acidity lifts it. You’ll find cherries, vanilla, oak, and whisky notes alongside Broadside’s fruitcake flavours.

First time

First time I’ve tried this beer and it my become a new favourite.

Broadside on steroids

This beer was very easy drinking despite its high alcohol so definitely one for the end of the night rather than the start. A nice fruity warming spicy niceness that fills the mouth. Excellent beer.
