A Myriad Of Flavours

A Myriad Of Flavours

Mosaic Pale Ale is a showcase for an exciting American hop by the same name; and just like its name suggests, there is a complexity and a vibrancy to its profile. It provides a real mosaic of fruity and floral characteristics, that quickly made it a favourite in the brewing world. The Mosaic hop was first released in 2012. It is the offspring of Simcoe, with its stone fruit, citrus and pine notes, and Nugget, which has a woody, resiny bitterness. This exciting American hop can contribute a lot, so we use it at each stage of the process, when brewing Mosaic Pale Ale.

How does it taste

This fresh, hop-forward favourite provides a mosaic of aromatic fruit and floral flavours. We’ve used a base of light malts to really let those bold hop flavours and aromas shine. With notes of berries, citrus and juicy tropical fruit, you'll find something different in every sip.

Lovely crisp taste

A lovely crisp taste, just as nice from a tin as it is the pump.

Best beer I've ever had.

This is the best beer I've ever had, and no I'm not exaggerating. It really does have everything; fruitiness and sweetness balanced perfectly with savoury malt flavours, excellently complimented by an optimum level of carbonation and body. I also love the way this beer looks; when poured it has a beautiful semi-hazy effervescent straw colour, and the can is a work of art.

Please never stop making this, Adnams.

Classy and smooth-tasting pale ale

Tastes exactly the same as from the pump, extremely pleasant!

Favourite Beer

My favourite beer. A high taste hop that isn’t too punchy but fruity with a nice dry after taste. Balanced with light malt.

Great taste … larger cans

The beer is great, its a shame you’ve mover away from the 330 stubby can though…
