Ingredients
50ml Adnams Pink Gin
50ml Adnams Pink Fizz
35ml egg white
50ml raspberry syrup*
25ml rose syrup
25ml lime juice
ice
Method
Shake the gin, egg white, syrups and lime juice in a cocktail shaker until the egg white froths
Add ice and shake for a second time
Strain into a tumbler, add 50ml of Adnams Pink Fizz and garnish with fresh raspberries
*To make the raspberry syrup add a handful of ripe raspberries to 50ml of sugar syrup, squish by hand and then strain.
