Bursting with fruity flavours

Here at Adnams we love creating classic and delicious cocktails for you to enjoy at home. This week we are sharing our Solero Cocktail recipe featuring our award-winning Longshore Vodka.

You will need:

50ml Longshore Vodka

50ml Passion Fruit Puree

35ml Egg White

35ml Sugar Syrup

1/4 Lime and Mint for Garnish

Method:

1. Place ice in your serving glass to cool it down.

2. Add your sugar syrup, egg white, passion fruit puree and vodka to a cocktail shaker and shake.

3. Add ice and shake again.

4. strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish with your lime and mint.

5 Enjoy!
