For a limited time only, Quince Gin is back!

Inspired by a fruiting Quince tree growing within sight of our Copper House Distillery, John McCarthy, Adnams’ Head Distiller, first made this fruity blend for our Gin Club Members back in January 2018.

After becoming a firm favourite with our gin enthusiasts, we decided to bring Quince Gin back for a limited-edition run in 2018 and it is now back as our one of our 2020 seasonal gins. John explains the process behind crafting our refreshing Quince Gin, “As with all our grain-to-glass spirits, the journey begins with our East Anglian Malted Barley which is brewed as an un-hopped beer. We then distil this into a vodka, before distilling again with our six-botanical blend to create our award-winning Copper House Dry Gin. We then add fruity quince juice to create this deliciously fresh spirit.”
