Why not try one of our tasty cocktails?

As we have all found recently a little more time on our hands we thought we would share with you some of our easy and delicious cocktail recipes that you can make from what you have in your cupboards at home or easily accessible ingredients.

Ever wondered how we make our Copper House Spirits?

Our Copper House distillery sits within the Adnams brewery in Southwold. It’s one of the most water and energy-efficient distilleries in the UK and also generates water and steam for the brewery, forming an integral part of our overall sustainable production system.

All our spirits start life as locally-grown, East Anglian malted cereals, from which we brew a “distillery wash” – basically an unhopped beer – which is then distilled to make our vodka, gins and whiskies.

This grain-to-glass approach allows us to create high-quality spirits that have proven themselves time and time again with over 100 awards across our spirits portfolio in the last 10 years, including three World’s Best Awards and International Vodka Producer of the year from the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC).
