Adnams October cocktail of the month brings us a drink that perfectly captures the essence of autumn. This month's featured drink is a delightful blend of Copper House Pink Gin, zesty lemon, and rich blackberry liqueur - a true celebration of fall's bountiful flavours.
Ingredients
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 10ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Crème de Mure
method
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice and pour over the Crème De Mure. Garnish with a blackberry and a raspberry.
To make the Vanilla Syrup
- Add two parts sugar to 1 part boiling water over heat with a whole vanilla pod.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, and allow to cool before use.
