Ingredients
- 25ml Longshore Vodka
- 15ml Martini Bianco
- 30ml Hartridges Orange and Passionfruit Juice
- 15ml Vanilla Syrup (recipe below)
- Top with Adnams Prosecco
METHOD
- Add vodka, martini, Orange and passionfruit juice into shaker with cubed ice.
- Double strain into a coup.
- Top with Prosecco!
- Garnish with lemon peel – add a slit in the middle and add to rim of glass. Insert small mint sprig into cut.
To make the Vanilla Syrup
- Add two parts sugar to 1 part boiling water over heat with a whole vanilla pod.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, and allow to cool before use.
