The Smokey Rye

Cosy up with our Smokey Rye Cocktail using our award-winning Rye Malt Whisky!

You will need:

25ml Adnams Rye Malt Whisky

10ml Simple Syrup

50ml Lapsang Souchong Tea

Ice

Orange for garnish

Method:

  • Add your Lapsang Souchong to cold water and set aside to brew
  • Into a highball glass add ice and set aside
  • Add your whisky, simple syrup and freshly brewed tea to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
  • Strain into your highball glass and garnish with an orange twist, enjoy!
