You will need:

• 2.5ml Smidgin Dry Gin 
• 35ml Grapefruit Juice 
• 20ml Sugar Syrup 
• Soda Water 

  Method:

• Add Smidgin Dry Gin, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup to a mixing glass and stir with ice. 
• Pour into a old fashion glass, add a few ice cubes, and top with soda. 
• Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary .
