Adnams partners, Plaimont worked with the Bar of the CFA Médéric to make a series of exclusive cocktails to get people trying their fresh and sweet wines in whole new way. The collaboration was based on common values and sharing know-how. The result was a menu of 12 Cocktails available in the form of a notebook and we have a small selection for you to try with Adnams Dessert Wine, Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh. A very simple one made at the vineyard is to add pineapple juice, ice and a wedge of lime, but you can also try your hand at these exciting creations:
Golden Old State by Marie-Paule Lherm
You will need
80ml Adnams Dessert Wine
20ml Armagnac
20ml Liqueur De Gentiane
10ml Crème d'Abricot
A few drops of Bitters
Method:
- Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake
- Pour into a cocktail glass over ice
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary
Pache M’en 5 by Romain Lo
You will need:
80ml Adnams Dessert Wine
30ml Copper House Dry Gin
30ml Ginger Beer
10ml Green Melon Liqueur
10ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Method:
- Press the lemon
- Add all the ingredients, including the lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Pour into a Martini Glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist
L’Edition Pacherenc by Dylan Alves
You will need:
80ml Adnams Dessert Wine
30ml Cointreau
30ml Soda Water
10ml Vanilla Syrup
Method:
- Add all the ingredients except the Soda Water to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake
- Pour over ice into a Rocks Glass and top with Soda Water.

You will need:
60ml Adnams Dessert Wine
30ml Ginger Liqueur
20ml Passionfruit Puree
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake
- Pour into a Martini Glass.
- Garnish with a sliver of ginger
