Copper House Dry Gin’s crisp, zesty characteristics and floral hints make it the perfect partner for fruity spring offerings containing raspberries, lemons, limes, apples, and an enlivening sprig of mint.

You will need:
50ml Copper House Dry Gin
5 fresh raspberries
25ml sugar syrup
25ml lemon juice
1 egg white (or 20ml pineapple juice)
Ice cubes
Lemon for garnishing
Method:

Shake all the ingredients together with the ice cubes.

Remove the ice and shake again.

Double strain into a coupe glass.

Garnish with a wheel of fresh lemon.
- Serve in a Coupe glass.

You will need:
50ml Copper House Dry Gin
25ml sugar syrup
25ml apple juice
6 mint leaves
½ a lime or 4 lime wedges
Adnams Prosecco to top
Crushed ice
Lime, mint leaves, and apple for garnishing
Method:

Muddle the lime and sugar syrup together in a tall glass.

Add Copper House Dry Gin, apple juice, mint leaves and crushed ice, churn together.

Top with Adnams Prosecco.

Garnish with lime, mint, and apple.
- Serve in a High Ball glass.
