You will need: 

• 50ml Adnams Sloe Gin  
• 1 Bottle of Adnams 0.5% Cabernet/Tempranillo  
• 150g Winter Berries (frozen) 
• 50ml Lime Juice 
• Soda Water 
• Mint Sprigs 
• Red currants  
• Lemons 

Method: 

• Add Adnams Sloe Gin, 0.5% red wine, frozen winter berries and lime juice to a punch bowl with cubed ice and stir. 
• Top with soda to taste 
• Garnish glasses with sprigs of mint, wheels of lime and red currants.
