Blush Martini with Copper House Pink Gin

What better way to wind up a delightful afternoon than with a marvellous martini? For our gin-forward Blush Martini recipe, we stir in a generous helping of our zingy Copper House Pink Gin. Its fruity raspberry flavours complement the sweet, red vermouth and create colours reminiscent of a Suffolk sunset.

You will need:

15ml Red Vermouth

Ice

Raspberries and Maraschino Cherries for garnish

Method:

Add Ice into Martini glass.

Add Ice to mixing glass.

Pour vermouth over ice and stir.

Discard Vermouth but keep ice and add Copper House Pink Gin.

Stir for about 30 seconds or until ice cold.

Pour into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with raspberries and maraschino cherries.
